Head of Sales (IT Security Company)

• Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for IT security products and services (e.g., network security, endpoint protection, SOC services, cloud security).
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong pipelines through direct selling, partnerships, and channel development.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and strategic accounts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive a performance-based sales culture with focus on results, accountability, and excellence.

• Minimum 5- 7 years of sales experience in IT solutions or cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, especially in B2B or enterprise-level accounts.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, endpoint security, SOC, cloud security).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and negotiate high-value deals.
• Experience in managing and scaling a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
