It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!Job DescriptionWork closely with different departments in standardizing metrics definition, identifying data sources, and building data pipelinesBuild and manage all Finance-related dashboards on a regular basis ensuring data consistency and accuracyProactively work with different stakeholders in the finance team to anticipate and manage changes to the dashboards taking into consideration evolving business needsProvide end-to-end data solutions to enable various teams across the company to save time on data preparation and reconciliation and routine and ad-hoc reportingWork with a large amount of data that are at times unstructured; be a key lead in data filtering, preparation, and validationIdentify business trends and connect to the financial metrics to provide insights to the key stakeholders and influence the business direction(including but not limited to, financial profitability, sales analysis, net working capital analysis and expense analysis etc.)Simplify complex business data and ratios into understandable and actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.Present the insight and findings to the C-level and business headsAutomate reports and analysis to improve efficiency and reduce errors due to human interventionRequirementsBachelor/Master's degree majoring in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computers/Informatics, Engineering, or Economics, or related major4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, or a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProficient in data analytics and visualization and BI platform or tools such as Tableau, Looker, Preset, PowerBI, etc.Strong in SQL, and Python/R language.Have exposure and experience in GenAI implementation.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAgile and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and prioritiesSelf-Motivated and entrepreneurial by natureIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
