As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content for Instagram and TikTok to highlight our preschool brand (Sparks Preschool) and student activities. You will capture and edit videos, collaborate with the Graphic Designer to deliver engaging visuals, and work closely with Social Media Leads to prepare weekly performance reports. This role requires creativity, good organization, and the ability to follow social media trends while comfortably engaging with children to create natural, relatable content that connects with parents and our brand.Job description:
  • Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram and TikTok, including captions and posting schedules.
  • Edit TikTok videos using CapCut (or similar tools), and collaborate with the Graphic Designer for advanced editing or visual needs.
  • Work closely with the Graphic Designer to develop visually appealing content for the Instagram feed, reels, and other formats.
  • Collaborate with Social Media Leads to prepare a weekly social media performance report.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and adapt them into engaging preschool/education-related content.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for each platform and connects well with the target audience
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
  • Familiar with Instagram and TikTok content creation (photos, videos, captions, posting schedules).
  • Basic video editing skills (CapCut, VN, or other mobile editing tools).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with children during content creation.
  • Good communication skills and able to work well both independently and in a team.
  • Organized, responsible, and able to manage content calendars.
  • Writing skills for contents or captions in Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred).
