- As a Area Sales Lead, you will lead the end-to-end sales process for project-based business in your assigned area.
- You’ll work closely with a diverse network of partners including panel builders, OEMs, system integrators, contractors, and end users to deliver tailored solutions and drive business growth.
- Project Sales Leadership: Manage the full sales cycle for project business across Distribution, General Purpose, and Industrial Automation segments.
- Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners such as Panel Builders, OEMs, System Integrators, and Contractors.
- Customer Focus: Identify and develop opportunities with end users, ensuring solutions meet their technical and commercial needs.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver value-added solutions.
- Sales Execution: Drive revenue growth by managing pipelines, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in project sales, channel management, or industrial solutions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is required. A Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project sales methodologies is a plus.
