- Provide supervision and coordination support for the construction process, job-site safety and all administrative requirements
- Check and distribute drawing plan
- Overseeing the pre-construction and construction process to comply with the agreed timeline
- Visiting project sites to identify risks and ensure all project staff comply with quality and safety requirements
- Responsible for handover site process from the landlord to the contractor, as well as to the operation division
- Prepare and provide documents related construction activity (fitting out form, fitting out deposit, etc)
- Support other project duties and supervise team according to requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil
- Minimum 2 years experience in Engineering / Architecture / Design Interior
- Experienced in handling retail construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadline
- Ability to bridge between owner and contractor
- Expert with design tools (AutoCAD and Sketchup)
- Familiar with MEP Installation
- Placement in Sunter, but willing to travel on frequent site visits (across Indonesia)
