Job Description - Lead the end-to-end development of new leasing or financing products - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities - Develop product business cases and go-to-market plans - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, IT) - Monitor product performance and recommend enhancements - Ensure product compliance with OJK and internal policies - Integrate digital elements (e.g., IoT, SaaS, digital platforms) into products - Prepare SOPs, internal documentation, and training materials - Provide product training and support to internal teamsJob Requirement ・Bachelor's degree from finance, management, or related major ・Business level of English ・At least 10 years experience in sales marketing or product development, current position as asst. manager or manager from finance and leasing ・Strong understanding of financial products and regulatory compliance ・Experience in project management and cross-department coordination ・Proactive, analytical, and innovation-driven mindset
