Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality.
Strong knowledge of leasing, facility management, and financial planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficient in property management software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth tenant relations and maintenance.
Develop strategies to increase occupancy rates and optimize revenue.
Ensure compliance with property regulations and safety standards.
Manage property budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
