City Operations Team is responsible for all cities budgets and targets by collaborating with other internal stakeholders from multiple functions.Get to Know the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partner Engagement Lead to join our team in Pekanbaru, Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will develop and growing our partner relationships to drive mutual success and business growth. You will directly report to the Lead. You will be based on site in Pekanbaru.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase partner loyalty
Manage and maintain relationships with key partners, ensuring regular communication and addressing their needs and concerns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner engagement initiatives with company goals and objectives
Analyze partner performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop and manage budgets for partner engagement initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related field
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partner engagement initiatives
Strong understanding of the industry, market trends, and competitor landscape
Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and systems
Ability to travel up of the time for partner meetings and events
