Implement and maintain PSM frameworks in accordance with Indonesia Regulation
Facilitate HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, SIL, QRA, and Bowtie Analysis.
Manage Management of Change (MOC) processes and ensure documentation aligns with Indonesian safety audit requirements.
Oversee fire and gas detection systems, emergency shutdown systems, and emergency response planning.
Lead the preparation of contract documents, support project award phases, and finalize project schedules.
Interpret and apply P&ID, PFD, engineering drawings, and OEM manuals.
Support terminal operations, including static and rotating equipment.
Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
Deliver training and safety drills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Bachelor's Degree in Instrument, Process, Chemical or Mechanical
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in process safety within tank storage terminals, including offshore exposure.
Strong knowledge of offshore safety systems, marine terminal operations, and SIMOPS.
Familiar with IMO safety standards.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
