Analyze and propose improvements to business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Execute and monitor improvement projects to ensure successful implementation.
Supervise and control all operational activities, including handling customer complaints, to ensure SLA compliance.
Manage and lead the operational team effectively to achieve performance targets.

Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar operational function.
Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, or Bandung.
Experience in financial services is preferred
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
