You will define data quality metrics, validate and monitor data pipelines (both batch and real-time), and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the integrity, reliability, and accuracy of our data. This role requires expertise in asynchronous programming and object-oriented design to build robust, high-performance validation tools and frameworks.What You Will Do :

Define, implement, and maintain data quality standards, metrics, and validation frameworks.
Design and develop automated data quality checks for batch and streaming pipelines.
Build asynchronous, scalable validation and monitoring systems for high-volume real-time data streams.
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to identify and resolve data quality issues.
Troubleshoot data anomalies and proactively improve data pipeline reliability.
Mentor junior engineers and help establish best practices in data quality engineering.

What You Will Need :

Proven experience as a Data Quality Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role, with a strong focus on data quality, validation, and monitoring.
Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, pipelines, and distributed systems
Proficiency in asynchronous programming, with hands-on experience in tools such as: Python (asyncio, aiohttp), Java (CompletableFuture, reactive streams), Node.js (async/await).
Strong skills in object-oriented programming (OOP), and ability to design clean, modular, and maintainable code.
xperience with streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, Pub/Sub) and validating high-throughput data flows.
Solid SQL skills and experience with data profiling & anomaly detection tools.
Familiarity with data validation frameworks (e.g., Great Expectations, Deequ) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
