- Supervise and support the Reservation team to meet service and performance standards.
- Ensure accurate data entry and updates in PMS (Opera), including room allotments, rate codes, and special packages.
- Monitor guest inquiries, upselling opportunities, and communication quality across phone, email, and internal systems.
- Manage system tools Opera, track issues, and prepare related reports and audits.
- Support the department with team training, scheduling, guest complaint handling, and service recovery procedures.
- Diploma in Hospitality or related field; degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a Front Office or Reservations role; supervisory experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Opera PMS and basic hotel software; Microsoft Office skills required.
- Organized, team-oriented, service-driven, and confident in handling guest needs and system operations.
