Value, we serve Institutional Banking Operations and Consumer Banking Operations, manage Customer Centre and IT, provide Group Procurement and Corporate Real Estate, coordinate bank-wide Business Continuity Management program and framework, and deliver service quality for Digibank and IBG/GTS. Our Technology & Operations organization is a vital strategic partner to the business in providing competitive advantage that propels DBSI towards being the Best Bank for a Better World (#B3W).Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant infrastructure using cloud-native technologies
- Automate and streamline infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and monitoring processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and security
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide incident response and resolution
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standards
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps role
- Proficient in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash)
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
