- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance our brand reputation and generate new business.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to sales and marketing activities.
- Stay updated with industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improve our services.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
- Having ample exposure in either Agriculture, Dairy, Poultry, Aquaculture, or Mushroom Cultivation is preferred.
- Able to master the product and market them locally.
- Having the ability to strategize channels of distribution when it comes to sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
