- Achieve monthly sales targets within budget constraints.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers and expand brand reach.
- Maintain up-to-date brand and customer information for business growth.
- Foster close communication with customers to address sales, quality, and after-sales service.
- Provide monthly sales reports and conduct shoe last training sessions.
- Coordinate internally with customer service teams to ensure timely order follow-ups, issuance of proforma invoices (PI), and estimated time of delivery (ETD).
- Collaborate with the Production Planning, Inventory Control (PPIC) team to obtain shipment schedules for each order.
- Work closely with the development team to design and specify new models.
- Report regularly to the country General Manager on potential customers, pricing strategies, and forecasted orders.
- Coordinate with headquarters and other regional branches to address requests from brands or customers.
- Regularly report to HQ sales and marketing departments.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to track and follow up on customer collections.
- Shoes manufacturing background.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in English; Mandarin skills a plus.
- Project coordinator experience and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills and willingness to travel.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
