To manage the Commodities division in Indonesia and its sub-divisional business units, P&L and operational responsibility with the objective of achieving targets in terms of revenue growth, operational/ capex costs control and operating profit margin.Key Performance IndicatorsGrow businesses in line with Group objectives and meet P&L targets against sales, operating profit, costs and CAPEX.Ensure KPI's established under Business Management system are met. Meet HSE targets and goals as per regional and local KPI's.Deliver key strategic objectives, as planned and agreed with the Management.Administrate Offices and Labs to meet ISO 17025 and 17020 and other relevant codes, standards that the labs are registered to complied with.Responsibilities:Achieve business unit budget objectives in terms of operating profit margin, revenue, operating expenditure and capital equipment utilisation.Improve staff and supervisory organisation with objective of improving efficiency, service quality performance and delivery focus.To ensure that the company's quality programme is implemented, communicated, maintained and developed at all levels in accordance with Bureau Veritas Quality Management system.Support the company at meetings with clients in order to give technical advice, and resolve problems. Advise clients on matters relating to pricing and specifications.Responsible for Health and Safety in the division. Ensure that all operations are conducted within companies, clients' and recognized industry health and safety regulations.Ensure staff are trained to the required levels of expertise and monitor performanceTo monitor the implementation of Group Policies and procedures to make sure these are consistently applied as appropriate at all levels within the division.Ensure work is carried out in accordance with Bureau Veritas Code of Ethics.To maintain good working relationship with overseas offices and sub-contractors and ensure their performance is to required standard.Qualifications:Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.Minimum 10 years of experience in Commodities inspection and testing field, commodities trading operation or similar role.Experience in budgeting and P&L management.Knowledge of Indonesia's Metals & Minerals mining and exploration and Agri commodities imports and exports, trades and distribution.Ability to Identify and engage with potential clients, trading houses, industry stakeholders and key decision makers to deliver on new business opportunities.Self-driven with resilience to achieve sales targets.Ability to generate leads and identify strategic areas for growth.Experience in management and development of the team
