- Oversee the development of policies, management, and reporting of medical operations to enhance corporate performance.
- Looking after medical operational policies in accordance with the group vision, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of functions under the Medical Directorate and achieving operational performance targets.
- Monitor, control, and evaluate all healthcare service activities across business units and subsidiaries to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery-including medical services, nursing care, supervision and control of medical and nursing services.
- Manage operational costs and human resources effectively, efficiently, transparently, accountably, and auditable, while also increasing revenue that contributes to company growth.
- Ensure the establishment of a strategic and integrated healthcare service system and health fund management across all business units and subsidiaries, aligned with business strategy and development.
- Direct, supervise, and set policies related to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) functions to ensure their implementation aligns with plans and applicable regulations.
- Represent the company before government authorities, judicial bodies, public institutions, and other parties on all matters within the scope of their role and/or function, and to bind the company to other parties.
- Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) with valid STR and SIP in Indonesia.
- Minimum 15 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in hospital management or medical governance.
- Strong exposure of BPJS systems, accreditation standards, and Ministry of Health regulations.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and implement strategic clinical initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced degree in healthcare management is preferred.
