Our client, a premier beauty company focused on smart beauty tools and skincare products, is seeking a talented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, hardworking environment. If you're passionate about the beauty industry and e-commerce related to contributing to a growing company, this role might be the perfect fit for you.Responsibilities:

Assist with product setup with retailers and update Google Sheets daily.
Collect data from various platforms (Shopify, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) and enter the data into different reports.
Download reports from retailers (Amazon, Nordstrom, Ulta, Sephora, etc.) and consolidate data into standardized Google Sheet reports for the data admin.
Perform ad-hoc reporting by analyzing data from Shopify, overlaying category data in Excel, and providing summary reports.
Make changes within ad accounts, upload content, and upload details to retailers to set up new SKUs.
Build landing pages in Replo (if required).

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Nordstrom, Ulta, and Sephora.
Knowledge of advertising platforms like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads is a plus.
Ability to learn the company's SKUs and understand the nuances of the business operations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
