About the roleJoin Amartha as a data analyst in our New Retail business unit. As an important member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Amartha One's digital services products. Your skills in data analysis and strategic thinking will play a critical role in driving our mission to have an immediate impact on Amartha One agentsResponsibilities

Carrying out comprehensive data analysis of Amarthaone agents from acquisition to activation
Coordinate with FO team to drive weekly milestones
Recommend solutions to improve acquisition and activation efficiency
Designing new initiatives to help increase weekly productivity achievements
Monitor amartha one Agent performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives

The qualifications that you must have

A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Computer Science of related field from reputable university
Preferably more than 2 year experience in data analytics or business analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
