This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.In this role, you will provide support to Client Facing Brokers in all aspects of claim and administration: As first contact response of client and responsible for day-to-day operational claim service, for claim administration, claim inquiry, guarantee coverage & claim cases arise. Not forget to mention to have risk mitigation and claim overview to deliver accurate service.
