- Responsible to define and execute the strategy to develop all accounts
- Manage and develop the account manager, including individual and team OKR
- Develop and implement strategic business plan per partner in line with the corporate & regional sales strategy
- Manage accounts & build a strong, trusting, and ongoing relationships with key distribution partners, including sales management, promotion, inventory management, issue avoidance and resolution
- Monitor client accounts and their needs to identify new business opportunities with your portfolio
- Increase POSA, POR, Digital sales from all CP in all our existing accounts
- Ensure delivery of Profit & Sales targets for all accounts
- Review and expand all content into distribution gaps
- Develop new retail distribution opportunities for all clients
- Work with the team to onboard and launch new content, secure ranging within respective account partners
- Understand/identify client’s issues and work quickly with various stakeholders to address and rectify the issues promptly
- Providing superior customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Build awareness and inspire all accounts to promote Blackhawk products and maintain a core range for sales growth
- Sundry tasks upon request
- 7+ years’ experience working with client buying teams
- 7+ years’ of business management in sales, or account management experience and managing team
- Highly motivated with a strong level of initiative, energy, and enthusiasm
- Extensive leadership experience and organizational skills
- Strategic, collaborative outlook
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to understand client’s needs, building trust and establishing a strong rapport
- Persuasive, with sound of influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels and build beneficial relationships
