- Build a new user guide documentation for the new feature/product.
- Train the trainer team & stakeholders about the new feature.
- Answer the customer’s question and give an appropriate solution to the problem.
- Escalate unknown issues to the product management team.
- Create tickets for reported bugs from users.
- Collect and inform users’ feedback to the product management team for product improvement.
- Minimum one year of product support specialist experience or similar roles.
- Good team working, paying attention to detail, and solid analytical skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- Having working experience in a logistics company is a plus.
