The role serves as a consultant in the assigned business units on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as a strategic partner, employee champion and change agent. The role proactively delivers the HR related people targets aligned with business imperatives.Responsibilities:Strategic Partnership:
- Acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the business unit in delivering people strategies and goals.
- Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business imperatives.
- Ensures HR policies, procedures, and programs are properly implemented and documented
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, conducts thorough and objective investigations as necessary.
- Provides clear guidelines and works closely with line managers on any HR matter (e.g., coaching, counseling, performance review, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Works with other functions in HR on individual and team development plan.
- Partners with the Business Unit Heads on workforce management, building strong talent bench and succession plan.
- Creates programs on high performing teams and employee retention programs
- Works with business units to identify and implement organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitates change management initiatives and ensures smooth transitions of change in the organization, effectively communicates and implements necessary changes.
- Leads the talent acquisition initiatives and ensures timely onboarding of qualified candidates.
- Oversees and supports the onboarding process and ensures new hires are integrated smoothly into the company.

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
- 8+ years combined experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition roles.
- Demonstrates experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, within the finance or NPO industries is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations across Asia Pacific, with a track record of ensuring compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive results.
