About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead the development and growth of our gaming business unit. This role is end-to-end: from defining strategy to leading execution, owning revenue and user KPIs, and managing a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a strong blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, executional excellence, and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership
  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the gaming business unit.
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team across marketing, partnerships, operations, product, and support.
  • Define business KPIs and lead the team to exceed them.
Partnerships & Business Development
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with gaming studios, publishers, IP owners, esports teams, influencers, and relevant platforms.
  • Build scalable partner programs for monetization, distribution, and co-marketing.
Marketing & Promotions
  • Craft and oversee end-to-end marketing strategies, including user acquisition, in-game promotions, loyalty programs, and influencer campaigns.
  • Coordinate go-to-market plans for new launches, product integrations, and major events (e.g., esports tournaments, seasonal promos).
Operations & Execution
  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery across product features, campaigns, and user support.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to shape in-app gaming experiences or integrations.
  • Build and optimize internal processes to scale the unit efficiently.
Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Data, Product, and Tech to support the business unit’s needs.
  • Present regular updates to executive leadership and influence cross-company alignment.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 7–10+ years of relevant experience in business management, strategy, or product/marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in the gaming industry (e.g., gaming publisher/platform, esports, mobile games, game monetization).
  • Strong track record of managing teams and owning P&L or key business KPIs.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, user behavior, trends, and monetization models (e.g., IAP, ad revenue, subscriptions).
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; comfortable with data and KPIs.
  • Entrepreneurial, bias to action, and able to operate both strategically and tactically.
