Government Relations Sr Manager - O&G, Onsite

• Manage, monitor, and control the development of plans and programs for communication, corporate social responsibility (CSR), government relations, and community & institutional activities in line with corporate guidelines and business needs.
• Ensure the annual plans, budgets, and schedules for Relations & Communication are executed effectively, meeting at least 90% implementation targets.
• Support the execution of Corporate Communication, CSR, and External Relations initiatives to achieve annual objectives.
• Ensure strong corporate reputation and maintain constructive relationships with external stakeholders while minimizing social disturbances at the project site.
• Map, manage, and strengthen relationships with key regulators including SKK Migas, Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), and other government bodies.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local governments, community leaders, and civil society organizations, ensuring alignment with corporate communication goals.
• Represent the company in high-level government and institutional meetings, ensuring corporate messages are effectively communicated and understood.
• Oversee and ensure the effective planning and execution of corporate events, working closely with the management team to deliver impactful and compliant events.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on government relations, public affairs, community engagement, and reputation management strategies.
• Monitor policy and regulatory developments, providing insights on risks and opportunities for the business.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Communications, or related fields within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesia's regulatory framework, with proven experience engaging with SKK Migas, ESDM, and other authorities.
• Demonstrated success in managing high-level government, institutional, and community relationships in complex project environments.
• Solid track record in corporate communication, CSR implementation, and social/community engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proven experience in managing corporate events and communications programs according to corporate standards.
• Willingness to be placed onsite in Sulawesi (roster basis).
