EA Regional Downstream Planning Manager

• Orchestrate Plant MPP Animation to achieve Sales Ambition & Optimize Resources (CAMA, Inventory, Cash)
• Work closely with factory SCM, Planning team & Different Stakeholders to ensure Execution as per MPP and On-Time Delivery
• Collaborate with CDX & Supply Planning Team to put Customer Satisfaction as first priority, ensure effort reflect in E2E Delivery performance
• Drive Process Standardization across factories & Simplification to free-up energy
• Work with Transformation team to embrace digital solution, develop and deploy in our region

• Education : Bachelor Degree
• Experience :

• Language : Fluent English in both oral & written
• Personality : High ambitious, Self-Driven & able to work with various stakeholders
