- Work closely with the Marketing team to manage schedules and priorities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Track, clean, and manage the Installed Base, including oversight of Data Quality Index (DQI) KPIs.
- Validate and ensure all Installed Base assets are covered under active service contracts.
- Monitor and manage Installed Base data maintained by partners.
- Track and report Installed Base updates managed by Customer Care Center (CCC) to the Marketing Leader.
- Manage user permissions for new BFS service users *)
- Participate in cadence calls as Data Steward and Delegated Admin.
- Ensure Installed Base data is accurately reflected in MySchneider.
- Share regular reports with relevant stakeholders.
- A university student (max. 8th semester) in Engineering, Informatic Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Analytical, organized, and proactive.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working with data and digital tools.
- Familiarity with BI tools and Excel is a plus.
- Exposure to both marketing operations and data analytics.
- Mentorship from experienced professionals across multiple functions.
