- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, traders, and priority clients in our community
- Organize and host engaging events, webinars, and workshops tailored to our audience
- Deliver comprehensive investment product knowledge to Priority clients
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and client engagement
- Provide ongoing product education and support to community members
- Collaborate with external parties such as Investment Managers to enhance product offerings
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to community sentiment and feedback
- Partner with Marketing to create targeted, data-driven community campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Investment Banking, or a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally with strong exposure to Priority or Institutional clients
- Deep understanding of Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks, and familiarity with the Stockbit and Bibit application
- Having WPPE or WAPERD certification is a plus
- Proven track record in community management, equity sales, or similar roles
- Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills across various client profiles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player who can also work independently
- Experience in organizing and moderating both online and offline events
- Critical thinker with a proactive, process-driven, and systematic approach
