Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive client acquisition and revenue growth within your assigned territory, with a strong focus on the enterprise segment.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads into paying customers, exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Develop and foster strategic partnerships with key players in the Indonesian financial ecosystem, including technology companies, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of overall sales strategies for the APAC region.
  • Proactively engage with government entities and industry stakeholders to advocate for policies that promote open finance and digital transformation in Indonesia.
  • Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of open finance and its applications within the Indonesian market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in selling technology products to Banks especially Bank BUKU 1,2,3
  • Experienced and knowledge within core banking system products
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
