This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic business growth, leading the Sales and Project Management teams, and overseeing customer engagement and satisfaction.You will play a key role in setting long-term strategies, shaping the sales structure and partner network, and positioning Rolls-Royce Power Systems as the leading sustainable power solutions provider in the country.Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defense vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.At Rolls-Royce, we look beyond tomorrow. - Define, develop, and implement the team’s structure to ensure an efficient and effective sales and project management organization.
- Lead and supervise all sales and project management activities, ensuring the achievement of business goals and key performance indicators.
- Inspire, lead, and manage a high-performing team; identify skill gaps and development needs to support future business requirements and growth.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy and sales plan aligned with company goals, with strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key business partners; regularly review partner capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Lead the Project Management team to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with customer requirements.
- Uphold compliance with all company policies, quality standards, compliance guidelines, and health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Represent Rolls-Royce Solutions Indonesia in customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and other public forums to strengthen brand visibility and relationships.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize departmental operating and capital expenditures, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Prepare and submit regular management reports; support internal and external audits and collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in industrial business-to-business (B2B) sales, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets through effective sales strategy development and execution.
- Demonstrated leadership capability with strong people management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, result-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Extensive experience in customer relationship management and partner development.
- Background in project management, with the ability to manage execution timelines, deliverables, and scope alignment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, networking, and negotiation skills.
