Human by nature.Export Import Executive - Your future position?As an Export Import Executive with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavor industry, you will coordinate and monitor shipments of import orders to ensure that materials/products are transported in compliance with transportation and import regulations. In this exciting role you also will:

Oversee the preparation and validation of clearance documents.
Communicate all stakeholders-specific requirements to to ensure that shipments are processed.
Work with Customs Brokerage Company in monitoring the shipments.
Conduct systematic controls to ensure adherence to local and international transport and customs regulations and Company procedures.
Accomplish other tasks and assigned by supervisor.

Vocational diploma in logistics or related fields.
2+ years of experience in export import procedural process.
Certified Customs Specialist.
Knowledge of supply chain dependencies and processes.
Proficiency in English and Excel (can perform complex functions).
