- Understand market trends, customer behaviours and needs and competitor landscape
- Conduct fieldwork, interviews and other research as necessary to generate insights
- Identify opportunities and potential for growth and expansion
- Participate in sales calls, customer meetings and product demonstrations
- Manage existing customers and achieve sales targets of assigned territories
- Under supervision, plan and develop the market to acquire new customers
- Assist with sales reporting and related activities

- On-the-job as well as classroom products and other essential trainings to build technical competency and soft skills
- A monthly stipend throughout the program and bonus, subject to good performance
- Opportunities for full-time employment at the end of the program, subject to business needs and performance
- University students graduating (or just graduated) in 2025, pursuing degrees in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology or other Life Sciences disciplines and currently based in Jakarta, Medan, Manado, Makassar, Balikpapan, Bandung or Palembang. Priority will be given to students who are based in these regions as there will be no relocation offered
