Requirements: - Final year student or recent graduate from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Able to commit to a full-time hybrid internship of at least 3 months (starting at the end of August or early September)
- Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources
- Good technical skills in Google Workspace, e.g., Spreadsheet, Gdocs, etc.
- Confident in written and spoken English
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and a team player

- Support the preparation and follow-ups of recruitment reports at both the corporate and unit levels.
- Help manage and utilize various recruitment channels to source potential candidates for both corporate and hotel units
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired HR Leaders.
