Regional Ethic & Compliance Manager (Manufacturing)

• Develop and implement a robust compliance framework tailored to the region's regulatory and operational landscape.
• Design and deliver training programs to promote awareness and understanding of compliance policies and ethical conduct.
• Establish systems and procedures that ensure ongoing monitoring and enforcement of compliance protocols.
• Act as the main point of contact for the company's whistleblower system, managing cases with confidentiality and integrity.
• Ensure alignment of the company's regional operations with the global Code of Conduct, local laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal investigations into potential breaches of policy or misconduct and recommend appropriate actions.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, Legal, or Risk & Governance, ideally within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
• Educational background in Law or a related discipline.
• Proven experience designing and executing compliance frameworks, handling investigations, and working with senior leadership.
• Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity to navigate a diverse regional landscape.
