  • Administer and support Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and Microsoft 365.
  • Manage Microsoft Azure environments including VM provisioning, identity services, and security configurations.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint Manager for device and application management.
  • Perform system upgrades, patch management, backups, and monitoring.
  • Design and implement automation using PowerShell and other scripting tools.
  • Assist in identity and access management across hybrid environments (Azure AD + on-prem AD).
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure and cloud projects.
  • Document systems, procedures, and technical processes.
