Providing prompt responses and solutions and maintaining strong customer relationships. This includes customers who contact via digital channels and offline events.Itinerary Planning. Create and recommend travel itineraries based on customer requirements, travel trends, and available supplies. Consult with our providers/partners during the itinerary planning process.Booking and Reservations. Make travel bookings and reservations, and coordinate travel logistics while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Travel Documentation. Advise customers in obtaining necessary travel documents, visas, and travel insurance.Stay up-to-date with travel destinations and industry trends to provide customers with the most current information.Address any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise during a client's trip, providing quick and effective solutions.Create Standard Operating Procedures that encompass how our support team will support our customers during the pre-trip and the trip.RequirementsEducationA bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism management, business, or a related fieldRelevant certifications from organizations like the International Air Transport Association (IATA) or the American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) can be advantageous.Technical SkillIn-depth knowledge of travel destinations, airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and other travel-related products and services (strong in Asia's destination, but can expand to other destinations such as Europe or America)Familiarity with travel-related laws, regulations, and visa requirements.Familiarity with booking systems, reservation software, and online travel platforms.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.Accurate data entry and thoroughness in ensuring travel itineraries are error-free.Fluent in english.
