Senior Performance Advertising Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing performance-based advertising campaigns, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interface with multiple stakeholders.
• Having a minimum of 1 year experience in the same field

• Planning and executing all digital acquisition activities (mobile app and website) using advertising platforms including Marketplaces, social media, image advertising campaigns, display advertising campaigns, affiliate marketing, landing pages, etc.
• Working within budget constraints to achieve maximum KPIs while maintaining Customer Acquisition Cost at optimal levels.
• Measuring and reporting the performance of all digital marketing efforts, and assessing them against targets (ROI and KPIs).
• Leveraging strong analytical skills to evaluate based on insights.
• Planning and conducting small-scale A-B testing campaigns.
• Recommending new digital channels that have the potential to efficiently increase the number of new users.
• Creating weekly and monthly Ads reports.
