It is an established team responsible for leading crucial projects that affect the lives of our partners in Northern Sumatra. Your team will be made up of different functions focusing on Merchants and Engagement. If you are looking for an opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in this industry and affect society, then you should join our team!Get to Know the RolePart of the core GrabFood Northern Sumatra Team. Support the City General Manager and Merchant Operations team to improve the Grab merchant experience from identifying merchants' pain points, developing training materials and initiatives to improve merchant activation and engagement online and offline. You will be reporting to the manager and the role will be fully onsite. The role will be contract.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Lead the Merchant Operations team to provide a world-class experience for merchants.
  • Build excellent workflows to improve operational processes and merchant engagement experience.
  • Manage smooth running of merchant community operations.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to support SMB merchant incubation and support.
  • Oversee project management and reporting.
  • Educate and train Grab merchant-partners about the latest product features through clear and engaging communication plans and webinars.
  • Lead the team in organizing offline events, gatherings, and city-focused projects.
QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need
  • A minimum of Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of experience in Operations
  • Ability to speak Bahasa & English
  • Experienced in planning and building complex tasks.
  • Experienced in processing and translating data into insights that will be used to address merchant pain points and improve the merchant experience.
  • Experience on using Microsoft Office.
  • Placement in Medan and flexibility to travel around cities in Northern Sumatra.
