Standardize documents for each type of transaction in the company
Analyze and make adjustments to agreement documents and/or transaction flows in connection with the issuance of the latest laws and regulations.
Provide opinions in relation to transactions on non-standard business activities.
Create report to stakeholders on cases faced

Bachelor degree of Law
Min. 1 year of experience as Legal Staff or Litigation Staff. Preferably from finance or banking industry
Strong knowledge of Law of Business, Law & Government Regulations, understanding of litigation and case pattern in the legal process
Good communication skill
Strong critical thinking and attention to detail
