MidPlaza Holding is looking for a professional and highly organized Secretary. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, also ensuring efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, discretion, and an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and follow up on action items.
Maintain filing systems, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
Handle confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of discretion.
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing inquiries and requests.
Support the Director in coordination and administrative tasks as necessary.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information sensitively.
