1. Monitor compliance of BU-specific activities to tax strategy, policies and resolutions
2. Support Group Tax in defining tax strategy and policies related to DS; Monitor and review tax liabilities/restitution regularly ; Advise BU related to tax and customs matters, e.g. tax impact of certain trade flows proposed, Submit and get approval for tax and custom application/renewal
3. Monitor compliance of bonded zone operations and reporting
4. Analyze optimization opportunity from custom perspective
5. Follow up escalations related to bonded zone and custom matters
6. Provide ad-hoc decision support related to tax and customs (e.g. opening new bonded zone)
7. Socialize tax and custom updates to appropriate PIC
8. Analyze optimization opportunity from tax perspective.
