- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a sales team effectively.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
- An understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour in the retail sector.
- Understanding about Import process
