Commercial Manager - Construction Company

Responsible for managing the whole Commercial Section including Contracts, Quantity Surveyors, Cost Controls and Estimators
Overseeing the finances of projects as it progresses, including progress claims to clients and payment to sub-contractors and suppliers
Involved in tender preparation, bidding, and negotiating contracts
Assessing risk for all projects related contractual matters with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers including tendering and resolving contractual and commercial problems
To review & draft contract, quotation, progress claim for subcontractors and to clients
To prepare variation orders and final accounts to customers, sub-contractors, suppliers

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Commercial roles in Construction company / sector
Previous experience in leadership role with strong and proven leadership skills to develop others
Excellent negotiation and people management skill.
Knowledgeable with construction contract and the legal framework
Fluency in English
