- Manage end-to-end projects related to user acquisition (B2C, fulfillment, and user growth), ensuring alignment with company KPIs.
- Develop detailed project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and monitor execution progress.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, product, and data) to ensure seamless execution and on-time delivery.
- Track and analyze project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and outcomes.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and KPI targets.
- Support in designing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and scalability of growth initiatives.
- Proactively identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders on user acquisition and growth-related projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of project management experience, preferably in digital, B2C, or growth-focused industries.
- Proven track record in managing projects related to user acquisition, marketing campaigns, or growth operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or equivalent).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital growth metrics, funnel analysis, and KPI-driven projects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
