People Excellence Partner is the heart of Amartha’s employee experience. We manage the full spectrum of the employee journey, working cross-functionally with all HR units to ensure every A-Team member has a seamless and impactful experience. From building people strategies to activating them through engagement programs, PEP brings together insights, empathy, and execution to foster a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing culture at Amartha.Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to leaders in the COO and CFun teams.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth, clear, and supportive experience.
  • Collaborate closely with all HR departments to align on employee needs and solve cross-functional issues.
  • Support and drive the implementation of performance management, succession planning, and talent development processes.
  • Provide guidance on complex people-related issues (e.g., conflict resolution, team dynamics, retention risks).
  • Analyze people data and insights to proactively identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the PEP Strategy Officer and Engagement team to roll out key initiatives (e.g., culture programs, pulse checks, employee journey improvements).
  • Support change management and communication initiatives within your domains.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HRBP or relevant HR roles.
  • Deep understanding of HR lifecycle and hands-on experience managing employee journeys.
  • Experience partnering with leadership teams to address people-related challenges, offering data-driven recommendations and support.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence without authority.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-savvy and comfortable using metrics to guide decisions.
  • Empathetic, trustworthy, and solution-oriented with strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams across multiple locations, including branch offices, to align HR practices and foster consistency
