What you'll do:As a Senior Financial Controller, your role will extend beyond traditional finance responsibilities. You will be expected to act as a business partner, providing valuable financial advice and support to the Country Manager and other functional stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating and providing recommendations on customer commercial/financial terms and conditions. You will also play an instrumental role in managing strategic plans, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring adherence to customer financial terms. Your ability to perform monthly country/customer profitability analysis and present findings will be key in this role.

Evaluate and provide finance/accounting recommendations to manager and internal team
Provide recommendations towards decision making related to customer commercial/financial terms and conditions
Ensure adherence to customer financial terms and conditions to support value-based pricing concept
Manage strategic plan and budgeting/forecasting, including overall control of budgeting/forecasting
Support financial information for sales strategic plans
Perform monthly country/customer profitability analysis and present findings to commercial team
Assist in preparing various tools/reports to measure & improve company financial performance in a commercial area
Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time payment

What you bring:The ideal candidate for this Senior Financial Controller position brings a wealth of experience from the business/finance sector. With at least 10-15 years under your belt, you have honed your skills in a multinational company setting. Your academic background in accounting or an equivalent field forms the foundation of your expertise. You are fluent in both Indonesian and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your high integrity, discretion, and service-oriented mindset set you apart. Bachelor's (or above) degree in accounting or equivalent
10 - 15 years of experience in business/finance area
Previous experience in multinational company is essential
Fluency in Indonesian and English is required
