Job Description - Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Design) and partner vendors - Manage on-site fit-out works, furniture installation, M&E, and IT setup - Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance - Manage scheduling, reporting, and documentation - Report project progress in collaboration with Sales team and Director, and communicate with clients - Perform other related duties as assignedJob Requirement - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering or Architecture - High conversational English or above - At least 7 years of On-site Project Management experience in Office Fit-Out projects (as Senior Supervisor, Site Manager, or Project Manager) within Multinational or Japanese Contractor companies (Construction / Interior Design) - Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and willing to travel between sites and work overtime, including weekends/holidays as needed (compensatory days off provided) - Proficient in project management tools and software
