- Define and lead the marketing campaign for liquidity and insurance products that align with business objectives and effectively address key problem statements of the business and connect to our users.
- Ensure strong campaign performance across platforms, including in-app metrics (e.g., CTR for CRM) and external engagement (%ER).
- Understand and analyze data and insight to understand what's working and where we can do better to ensure alignment with stream-level strategies and objectives.
- Drive collaboration with teams such as CRM, Creative, Brand, and CX to ensure smooth implementation and execution for all funnels (lower to upper funnel).
- Coordinate with agencies and partners to ensure the timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Support the Marketing Lead in making sure our campaigns match business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputable university. Equivalent hands-on marketing experience are also encouraged to apply.
- 2+ years of proven experience in marketing, brand management, or product marketing, preferably with a background in consumer goods, fintech, or leading tech companies.
- Fluent in English, able to present ideas clearly, inspire confidence, and build strong relationships across levels.
- Strong track record in building and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with diverse teams, including Business, CRM, CX, Brand, Creative, and Research, while also being comfortable working independently.
- Skilled at using data, consumer research, and social media insights to shape strategies, evaluate performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, “can-do” mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
