As a Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include:

Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Developing and implementing financial strategies to support organisational goals.
Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
Leading and mentoring the accounting and finance team to achieve operational excellence.
Analysing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost-saving and revenue growth.
Collaborating with senior management to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Managing relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
Implementing robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial integrity.

At least a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (CPA, CA, or equivalent) are preferred.
Tax certifications such as Tax Brevet and Certified Tax Consultant are required.
Combined Big 4 external audit and commercial Retail industry background.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience with 2 years as Manager/Supervisor level.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and local accounting principles (PSAK).
Excellent analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
