- Define and implement the country's strategic media direction by developing a year-round engagement plan that delivers relevant, engaging, and surprising content across key platforms.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated communications and activation strategies across media, social media, owned channels, and key opinion leaders, ensuring consistent engagement across all target audiences and touchpoints. Manage agencies, production partners, and freelancers to bring content to life effectively.
- Design innovative media network strategies, leveraging the unique strengths of each partner platform for content programming, distribution, and collaboration with relevant media partners.
- Oversee business-to-business communications, including brand and product messaging, crisis management, consumer affairs, data analysis, and digital platform strategy.
- Source and develop compelling stories and content featuring products, events, athletes, social influencers, and student marketing initiatives, and translate them into actionable communication plans.
- Create and curate content that goes beyond the ordinary-captivating and inspiring a dynamic and evolving consumer audience.
- Drive growth in reach, followers, and engagement across managed channels through strategic programming and proactive community management, using both global and local assets.
- Strong understanding of the local media landscape, covering key channels such as broadcast, print, digital, influencers, and content creators, along with a well-established network of industry contacts.
- Solid content production knowledge across various content formats, including photography, written articles, and video/motion content.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of independently handling multiple projects from planning to execution with efficiency.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects with strong attention to detail, time management, and execution quality.
- Familiarity with current trends, tools, and innovations in the digital and media space.
- Strong creativity traits with track records handling end-to-end ideation & execution of content & digital campaigns of multiple brands, background from digital/creative agency would be preferred.
- Fluency in English is a must
- At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- Background in account management or digital advertising roles within digital/creative agency is a strong plus.
- Experience in campaign performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools-especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint-for creating structured reports, presentations, and documents.
- Passion in adventure, outdoor activities, and sports would be highly preferred.
